Every year 50 high-schoolers in Columbus, Mississippi embark on an eight month journey to reveal lost and hidden local history. Their start point: just names taken from the local graveyard. It all climaxes at year's end in that same graveyard, in dramatic candlelit perfomances for the whole community. Aptly called "Tales from the Crypt", for many the journey proves life-changing.
